These are scans of the original issues, including ads, and are presented in. This is the series' entire 1960s output, including issues #1-71, cover-dated September 1963-December 1969, as well as the two giant-size annuals made between 19. Starting with issue #36, Stan Lee left the book and it was given to Roy Thomas, who continued as main writer for the series until issue #104. After his departure, Don Heck took over as main artist and continued with the book until issue #40, after which he was primarily replaced with artist John Buscema, though Heck would come back to draw issues here and there. Kirby left the series as regular after issue #8, though he occasionally did layouts for the series and continued to draw covers. Originally created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, the series was notable for bringing together many of Marvel's major super-heroes, with the original roster being Thor, Iron Man, The Hulk, Ant-Man and the Wasp, with the famous Golden Age hero Captain America being revived from a deep sleep in issue #4, bringing him back into the current Marvel Age and having him join the team.
